Registration Form
Please download Impulse 09 Registration form, fill it & send it to enrollment.impulsepune@gmail.com
Registration Procedure:
1. Visit Registration Form (Quick Link) on www.impulsepune.com
2. Download the Registration Form and fill in all the details.
3. Go to Rules & Regulation. Download Rules & Regulations of respective competition.
4. Email the Registration Form and Rules & Regulation to enrollment.impulsepune@gmail.com and take a print of registration form and
rules & regulation.
5. Draw a Cheque in favor of ‘Unknown Waters’. Cheque should contain total amount including all the competitions you wish to participate in.
6. Please submit all the three documents (registration form, rules & regulations and Cheque) to the : Unknown Waters
