About Impulse

Since our childhood to our college days we are fascinated rather obsessed with the word 'extra curricular' which mainly consists of cultural activities like dance, music, drama, painting etc. We strive to win prizes, accolades by getting hard training for acquiring those special skills. But as we enter the professional world, those skills start taking a backseat because of the work pressure, time deadlines, business competition. Our life starts becoming stressful and colourless.

The industry took cognizance of this and started housing different cultural activities for their employees.

Taking this theme forward, we thought of adding more colours to those activities, of making them more lively by creating an open platform which will have charged competitive atmosphere. For past 5 years Unknown Waters is engaged in developing such events. 'Expressions' for IT sector, 'Impulse' for all industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, IT/ITES etc. were thus born and what more! Our 'Corporate cultural Club' will be soon launched. All this adding up for the professionals to relish their talents once again.

We sincerely hope that our efforts contribute in making the working professionals' lives colourful and energised over and over!!

What is Impulse 2010:

Impulse '10 is an inter-corporate mega event, in its 3rd consecutive year. It is an event where only working professionals compete in various categories through their company. The categories are:

What is new in Impulse 2010:

In addition, this year we are introducing a cultural hub which will encourage the working professionals to pursue their hobbies / interests in the long run. This hub will showcase stalls from various companies / entrepreneurs related with art & culture, hobby activities across Pune.

This event has proved to be a stress-buster activity for the working professionals with active support & involvement from the senior management, HR department and colleagues to boost up their team performance.
